Project Summary

V- Hub (venture) is now an incubation company by guarantee. It was previously supported by Master card foundation through RUFORUM, Uganda Christian University and Agrienterprnuer Switzerland  in mentoring University students in agribusiness ideas in Uganda through Incubation. Venture Hub has worked and incubated students on seed delivery, local chicken packaging, cocoa growing and coffee roasting using outreach model to incubating students from universities.

Why, V-hub in this, its observed that there is a growing market potential for agribusiness innovations world over. There is high need for quality agricultural seed supply on the market and increasing need for value added agricultural products. These innovations provide a unique opportunity to put products on the market through collective effort to meet the demand both at local and regional markets. Since the year 2000, supply and need for organic agriculture subsector has reached to a substantial level.

Intern students from universities and now youth interested in ideas development and value addition can seek training.
